Order Acceptance Policy
All orders and or requests received are subject to the discretion of Kooky Cream Sdn Bhd and any of its personnel, reserves the right to reject the order without providing a reason. In the event of rejection, Kooky Cream will cancel or refund any payments via the payment method used to place the order.
Changes to your Order
Kooky Cream thrives for the best for our customers and will always do our best to accommodate when possible, we will only be able to confirm that a change can be successfully made when it is informed to Kooky Cream at least 2 days before 2pm of the intended collection date and time. This applies to any changes, such as, changes to cake order, collection date, collection time, handwritten message card, etc.
Kooky Cream reserves the right to reject changes at our sole discretion if the change is informed less than 2 days before 2PM of the intended collection date and time.
If you would like to make any changes to your order, you may only do so if the request for a change is receiving 2 days before 2pm from the intended collection date and time by contacting Kooky Cream customer service via WhatsApp +6012-240 4211 or via social media at IG|FB: @kookycream Cancellation Policy
If you have placed an order for a cake to collected on the same day as your order date, it is not possible for you to cancel or change your collection date or time. This is because the cakes are made as soon as you receive this email (e.g. Order #KC0001 confirmed) and are perishable. Therefore, postponing your collection date to a later one will not be possible.
In the event, determined by a case by case basis, a cancellation is permitted by personnel of Kooky Cream customer service, the refund in monetary form will not be made but will be made in terms of Kooky Cream in-store credit only.
Product and Substitution Policy
All products offered on Kooky Cream are subject to availability. In the event that there are any difficulties in supply, Kooky Cream reserves the right to substitute a product of equivalent value and quality with notice via WhatsApp.
In the event that the substitute item is not of equal to the value of the initial order in terms of monetary value, Kooky Cream will offer a refund of the difference in terms of the payment method that was used to place the order.
In the event that the substitute item is of higher value of the initial order in terms of monetary value, a payment of the difference will have to be paid via bank transfer before the order is fulfilled.
Product requests such as changes in colour, add-ons, size, etc will be not be fulfilled as Kooky Cream does not cater to any sort of customisation at the moment.
