Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the product, no exchanges or returns are permitted.
To begin a refund claim, you will have to ensure to report your case within 24 hours upon receiving your order via WhatsApp 012-240 4211. An investigation will then be conducted and reviewed by personnel of Kooky Cream. You will have to present images to support your claim along with your order number and reasons on why a refund request is being made. In the event that your case is eligible, a refund or replacement of order will be made via the payment method used to place the order. Please take note that a refund will take 5 to 7 working days, also subjected to the relevant banks.
