Four Shanghai-style mooncakes, baked in small batches. A tender, buttery shortcrust, lighter and less sweet than the traditional syrup skin. It is a pastry that yields rather than resists, and one that allows each filling to lead.

金沙旺来 · Golden Yolk Pineapple
旺来 is the auspicious Hokkien name for pineapple — "prosperity arrives."
Tangy-sweet pineapple jam wrapped around a whole salted egg yolk, encased in a buttery crust. The sharpness of the pineapple cuts the richness of the yolk — the most classic-tasting piece in the box, and the one your older customers will reach for first.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, butter, pineapple jam (pineapple, sugar, maltose), sugar, salted duck egg yolk, water, egg (for glaze)
翠玉麻糬 · Jade Pandan Mochi
Fragrant pandan lotus paste folded with toasted almond flakes and a soft mochi centre. Chewy, nutty and floral all at once — the texture piece of the collection.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, white lotus paste (lotus seed, sugar, vegetable oil), butter, glutinous rice flour, sugar, almond flakes, water, pandan extract, egg (for glaze).
墨月布朗尼 · Dark Moon Brownie
A dense fudge brownie centre, rolled and baked inside a buttery crust. Deep, bittersweet and unapologetically rich — Kooky Cream's brownie, in mooncake form.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter), butter, sugar, egg, cocoa powder.
月见抹茶 · Tsukimi Matcha Red Bean
月见 = moon-viewing. A quiet nod to the festival, and to the Japanese matcha.
Niko Neko ceremonial matcha whipped through a smooth red bean paste. Grassy, gently bitter, balanced by the mellow sweetness of azuki — the most restrained piece in the box, and the one that photographs best cut in half.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, red bean paste (azuki bean, sugar, vegetable oil), butter, sugar, matcha powder, egg (for glaze).
Storage Method
Best consumed within 7 days of purchase.
Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Serving Method
For the best experience, warm at 180°C for 5 minutes before serving. Air fryer: 160°C for 3–4 minutes. If refrigerated, add 2 minutes.
